Yes — every building is engineered and built to Florida codes for winds up to 160 MPH. Built for Florida weather, not around it.
Can I do payments?
Yes — through our Rent-To-Own program with no credit check. Affordable monthly payments, no hassle. Most customers find it actually costs less than keeping a storage unit.
Do I need good credit for Rent-To-Own?
No credit check required. Everyone qualifies.
Do I need a permit?
Possibly. Typically over 200 sq ft is where most towns start to make a fuss. When in doubt, check with your local county office before ordering.
Do I need a gravel pad?
We strongly recommend them but we don't require them for delivery. If you don't, the doors and windows might not open because of sagging in the foundation. We can refer you to a local gravel contractor if needed.
How long does it take?
In-stock buildings can be delivered within days. Custom builds typically take 4–6 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline when you get your quote.
